Role of TJZ: As the structural consultant, TJZ worked on the project from the concept design to construction administration.
Description: This mixed-use project consist of 168 residential units above the level 2 & retail units on the main floor with 2 underground parking levels. There are nine storey concrete structure above the grade with a steel framing penthouse. There is a transfer plate on the second floor in order to achieve the different column layout for the residential and commercial units (parking layout).
JBS Plants Structural Integrity Assessment and Retrofit, Brooks
Architect: AV Architectural Ltd.
Client: JBS Canada
Role of TJZ: As the structural consultant, TJZ worked on the project from the concept design to construction administration.
Description: TJZ performed a structural integrity assessment for the building structural components for seven JBS plants. The structural report was provided for deficiencies and recommended actions. The full structural package for the plant retrofit will be delivered and this project is under construction for multiple phases.

Role of TJZ: As the structural consultant, TJZ worked on the project from the concept design to construction administration.
Description: This 190 units townhome project consists of twenty-three wood framing buildings with concrete basement . This project will be completed in 2020.
Lions Aquatic Centre Addition, Picture Butte
Architect: Van Roekel Architecture Ltd.
Role of TJZ: As the structural consultant, TJZ worked on the project from the concept design to construction administration.
Description: Design Build Services to the Town of Picture Butte for the Reconstruction of the Town’s outdoor pool and pool building located at North County. The project is under construction will be completed in September 2019.
ML33 Apartment, Calgary
Client: : Krahn Engineering
Role of TJZ: As the sub-design consultant, TJZ provides the structural site administration service during the construction stage.
Description: This condo project consist of 135 units. There are five storey timber framing structure on two underground concrete basement. This project will be completed in 2019.
