Jacky is a founding Principal of TJZ Structural Engineering Ltd., specializing in large-scale commercial, residential, and institutional developments from concept through completion. He has a strong track record of delivering high‑quality projects on schedule and within budget, collaborating effectively with architects, developers, and contractors. He brings extensive experience in preparing RFP documents, pre‑tender construction cost estimates, contract administration, and structural design across concrete, steel, masonry, and timber systems. Jacky consistently produces practical, cost‑efficient solutions, even under demanding timelines. Jacky is proficient in leading structural analysis and design software, including ETABS, SAFE, S‑Frame, SAP2000, STAAD, and PCA programs. He is also skilled in finite element analysis using ANSYS and ABAQUS, highly capable with AutoCAD, and experienced in delivering projects within BIM‑based workflows.
